Different types of users can access this recruitment platform and the rest of the platforms that belong to Opinno's ecosystem. Depending on the type of user you are, your data will be processed for different purposes in accordance with the terms detailed in this privacy policy. Therefore, we inform you that you can access the OPINNO platform as:
User in OPINNO: An individual who accesses the platform.
Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management of access to the different platforms.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the contractual relationship with the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).
User/candidate in Teamtailor: An individual who accesses the platform to apply for a job or participate in a selection process.
As a candidate user of Teamtailor, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management and participation in the selection process.
- Management of the employment pool and sending of information related to possible candidacies.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the explicit consent given by the interested party GDPR: 6.1.a).
Employee in Work: An individual with whom a labor or commercial contract has been formalized.
As an employee user of WORK, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management of labor aspects or related to the provision of services and Human Resources (e.g., payroll management, vacations, etc.).
- Management and sending of documents related to the employment contract or the provision of services.
- Compliance with legal labor obligations, Social Security, and tax obligations arising from the employment relationship.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the contractual relationship, GDPR 6.1.b) Processing necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures.

The data in this case may be transferred to the tax administration, Social Security, banking entities, mutual insurance company for occupational accidents and diseases, and occupational risk prevention company.
User in Challenges: An individual who accesses the platform to be a candidate in a competition.
As a user of Challenges, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management and participation in the corresponding competition.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the contractual relationship through the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).
Candidate in Challenges: An individual who is registered in a competition as a candidate.
As a candidate user of Challenges, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management and participation in the corresponding competition.
- Sending of communications related to the organization, management, and celebration of the competition.
- Sending of requests, inquiries, or suggestions.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the explicit consent given by the interested party, contractual relationship through the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).

The data in this case may be transferred to the directors, speakers, or judges of the competition and to the organizing company of the same.
Judges in Challenges: Individuals or legal entities responsible for evaluating the candidates of a competition.
As a judge user of Challenges, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Administer the registration as a judge on the platform.
- Contact for sending applications that must be evaluated.
- Sending of requests, inquiries, or suggestions.
- Publication in dissemination materials or media.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the explicit consent of the interested party, contractual relationship through the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).

The data in this case may be transferred to the Participants and judges in conferences and events, directors and organizers of the competition, to other speakers, companies in charge of publishing dissemination materials, as well as to the media.
User in Events: An individual or legal representative of a legal entity that accesses the platform to participate in an event.
As a participant user of Events, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management and participation in the corresponding event.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the explicit consent given by the interested party contractual relationship through the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).
In this case, you may exercise the rights specified in the following sections, specifying that the exercise of your rights will be in relation to the specific event or with respect to the platform or platforms that are part of the OPINNO IO ecosystem.
Speaker in Events:
As a speaker user of Events, Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management and participation as a speaker in the event.
- Sending of communications related to the event.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the explicit consent given by the interested party, contractual relationship through the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).
The data in this case may be transferred to the organizers of the event, for the management and participation of the interested party in it.
In this case, you may exercise the rights specified in the following sections, specifying that the exercise of your rights will be in relation to the specific event or with respect to the platform or platforms that are part of the OPINNO IO ecosystem.
ACADEMY
User of Academy: An individual accesses the platform to access the corresponding training courses.
As a user of Academy: Entrepreneur Capital, S.L. will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management and participation in the corresponding training course.
The legal basis for the processing of the above purposes is the contractual relationship with the Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. GDPR 6.1.b).
Rights
We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:

The exercise of these rights is free.
