Program Overview:

The Future Leaders Program is an 18-month internship offering an unparalleled opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across our business. 

This program is specifically tailored to nurture leadership and business acumen through:

• Rotational Assignments: Participants will undergo three six-month rotations, allowing them to explore different areas of our business or experience life in various offices.
• Project Leadership: By the end of the internship, you will have the chance to lead your first project, applying what you've learned in a real-world setting.
• Mentorship: Benefit from personalized guidance from our seasoned consultants and senior consultants, providing insights into successful career pathways.
• Accelerated Learning Path: Engage with a curated selection of learning materials designed to expedite your professional growth.
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with other consultants and participants, building valuable relationships and expanding your professional network.

You will learn from a group of talented and multi-faceted individuals that collaborate to strategize and create industry-defining change by leveraging innovation and excellence. 

Ideal Candidate. What you'll bring:

• Recent university graduates, with a strong academic record, who are a confluence of global perspectives, analytical minds, and a passion for innovation, and who are eager to fast-track their careers through our internship program. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Design Thinking, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level). 
• Knowledge of other languages (Italian, Portugues, Arabic or French) is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a keen interest in business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
• Participation in extracurricular activities such as innovation competitions, entrepreneurial endeavors, leadership roles in university clubs or societies, and attendance at relevant conferences and workshops.
• Experiences abroad and volunteering are highly valued.
• You must be able to sign an internship contract
• You must have an authorization to work in the applicable country/countries.
