Tus principales funciones, de un vistazo:

• Analizar necesidades del cliente, definir alcance de proyectos y diseñar soluciones personalizadas de transformación digital e IA.

• Aplicar metodologías de innovación (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Open Innovation) para desarrollar estrategias accionables.

• Recopilar y analizar datos de mercado, clientes e industria para fundamentar soluciones.

• Liderar proyectos de consultoría, asegurando entregas a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con alta calidad.

• Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con clientes, comprendiendo sus desafíos de negocio.

• Ofrecer formación, mentoría y fomentar la adopción efectiva de nuevas tecnologías.

• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y colaboraciones aprovechando tendencias en AI y digitalización.

• Liderar equipos cross-functional, fomentando colaboración, pensamiento creativo y aprendizaje continuo.

• Colaborar con especialistas en tecnología y análisis de datos para integrar soluciones de negocio y tecnológicas.

• Impulsar la innovación dentro del equipo de consultoría y asegurar cumplimiento ético y legal.

• Supervisar y evaluar el impacto de las soluciones implementadas, asegurando ROI sostenible y mejora continua.

• Actualizar y comunicar el estado del proyecto a las partes interesadas para garantizar progreso y calidad.

Qué aportarás:

• 3-4 años de experiencia en consultoría de estrategia, innovación o transformación.

• Español nativo y fluidez en inglés.

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Finanzas, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas o campos relacionados.

• Capacidad demostrada para analizar problemas complejos y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, relación con clientes y gestión de stakeholders.

• Conocimiento profundo de AI, machine learning, big data y tecnologías relacionadas, aplicadas en un contexto de consultoría.

• Experiencia en metodologías de innovación y experiencia del cliente (CEX): Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Open Innovation, customer journey mapping, VoC, NPS.

• Fuertes habilidades de análisis, resolución de problemas y gestión de proyectos.

• Familiaridad con herramientas CRM, Excel y entornos ágiles.

• Orientación al cliente, proactividad y curiosidad intelectual, con enfoque innovador y colaborativo.

• Capacidad para formar y mentorizar clientes, así como para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en AI y transformación digital.

We are looking for a Strategy and Transformation Consultant with a passion for innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to join us, based in Madrid.

What you'll do in a nutshell

• Analyse client needs, define project scope, and design tailored digital transformation and solutions.

• Apply innovation methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Open Innovation) to develop actionable strategies.

• Collect and analyse market, customer, and industry data to inform solutions.

• Lead consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business challenges.

• Provide client training, mentoring, and empower adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

• Identify new business opportunities and collaborations leveraging trends in AI and digitalisation.

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, creative thinking, and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with technology and data analytics specialists to integrate business and tech solutions.

What you'll bring
